SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

1. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Schedule Closings (operated by Schedule Ventures INC), you consent to receive automated text messages related to your account, transactions, and activity on the Schedule Closings platform.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Schedule Closings or any service provider on our platform.


2. TYPES OF MESSAGES

You may receive the following types of text messages:

Security & Authentication Messages
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes

  • Login verification codes

  • Password reset notifications

  • New device login alerts

  • Account security alerts

Transaction Notifications
  • Transaction status updates (e.g., accepted, in progress, ready to close, closed, completed, canceled)

  • Transaction requests and confirmations

  • Staff assignment notifications

Document & Form Notifications
  • New document available alerts

  • Document shared notifications

  • Form ready for signature alerts

  • Form completion confirmations

  • Form deadline reminders

Appointment Notifications
  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Appointment reschedule notifications

Account & System Notifications
  • Welcome and enrollment confirmations

  • Team invitation notifications

  • Unread message alerts

  • System error notifications (e.g., upload failures, sync errors)


3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transaction status. During active transactions, you may receive multiple messages per day. During periods of inactivity, you may receive no messages. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.


4. HOW TO OPT OUT

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us

  • Emailing support@scheduleclosings.com with your phone number and opt-out request

  • Updating your preferences in your account settings at www.scheduleclosings.com

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive notification messages.

Note: If you opt out of all messages, you may still need to receive security codes (such as 2FA) to access your account. To opt out of ALL messages including security codes, please contact support@scheduleclosings.com.

6. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. Schedule Closings is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.


7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Our text messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed, and service availability may vary.


8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.scheduleclosings.com/privacy-policy.

  • We collect your phone number and opt-in consent to send you messages

  • We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes

  • Your phone number will not be used for marketing or promotional messages

  • Message history is retained for compliance and support purposes


9. NO MARKETING MESSAGES

Schedule Closings does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are transactional and related to your account activity, security, or transactions on the platform.


10. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting the updated terms at www.scheduleclosings.com/sms-terms. Continued participation in our text messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
