Where it began
A broken process hiding in plain sight
Buying a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life. But the closing process? It’s been stuck in the past for decades. Phone calls to find an attorney. Faxed documents. Missed deadlines because nobody had a clear view of where things stood. Real estate agents spent hours coordinating something that should take minutes. Homebuyers were left in the dark, hoping everything would come together on time.
We didn’t set out to build a tech company. We set out to solve a problem that frustrated us personally. The idea was straightforward: what if you could find, book, and coordinate a real estate closing the same way you book a flight or reserve a restaurant? That question became Schedule Closings.

A simple question started it all: why is closing on a home still this difficult? The process was fragmented, opaque, and stressful for everyone involved. We knew there had to be a better way.

We spent a year talking to real estate agents, attorneys, and title companies. Every conversation confirmed the same thing: the industry was ready for change. So we started building.

The platform went live. Our first 100 closings taught us more than any whiteboard session ever could. Real users, real feedback, real improvements, every single week.

Gaining Momentum
Word spread. 350+ law firms joined the network across 18 states. Agents started telling other agents. We went from a tool people tried to a platform people relied on.

Scaling Up
Over 12,000 closings coordinated with a 98% on-time completion rate. The platform grew, but more importantly, the trust grew. Every closing that went smoothly was proof the model worked.
